Fantastic news came out on Monday the 31st of January as Jersey travel restrictions will be removed for travellers from February 7th.

This means that from Monday the 7th of February Jersey travel restrictions will be equivalent to the inbound travel arrangements in place pre-pandemic. This is a big moment as it opens up a great destination for UK fully vaccinated travellers with zero Covid requirements.

The Jersey travel requirements will be completely removed, meaning the following things will no longer be necessary from the 7th of February:

  • No more need for a PCR test on arrival
  • No further need to isolate on arrival
  • No pre-departure form will need to be filled out by the traveller.

The removal of all travel requirements is exciting news for many travellers and travel businesses, opening up Jersey as a destination to so many more visitors who are looking forward to a holiday but were restricted by tests or isolation.

Visit Jersey, the Jersey Tourism Board, said this removal of restrictions will make Jersey, “one of the most easily accessible destinations in the world right now.

“Travellers can escape to a destination that blends familiar English environments with a dash of European flair,” they added.

The travel industry and its travellers are all looking forward to further great news like this as consumer confidence rises. As always, we recommend keeping an eye on the Foreign Travel Advice page to stay updated on any travel restrictions that change in your chosen destinations.
