Operators
If you’re a new tour operator taking out PTS membership, we’re here to assist you with all the forms and documents needed to get you up and running as quickly and smoothly as we can.
This includes preparing your application for merchant services with you, and presenting it to the merchant provider on your behalf. After your membership has been confirmed, we can also arrange online training sessions in using PTS software and services for you and your staff, though please bear in mind that you are also welcome to arrange a visit our offices in Bournemouth or Sunderland for face-to-face training and support.
