Protected Trust Services (PTS) has rebranded with a new logo and website as it focuses on giving the trade a clearer identity of what it offers.
PTS, which launched 15 years ago as a financial protection provider, went live with its new website on Wednesday (18 September).
The rebrand features a new slogan, ‘Trust in every booking’, and its current tagline, ‘Making Selling Travel Simple’ is included in the new logo.
The new website features tailored content for different businesses, as well as easier navigation and contact options for customers.
PTS has said it aims to step away from being known just as a trust account provider to showcasing the software tools and features it provides to its 400 plus members, which is continuing to grow with 200 joining over the past year.
Speaking at a launch event for the rebrand, CEO Daniel Landen said PTS now accounts for 12% of all ATOL licenses across the country.
He explained: “Protected Trust Services offers members unparalleled freedom to control their business while handling the complexities behind the scenes. We’re simplifying travel sales and membership, emphasising growth and flexibility. This brand launch represents our commitment to evolving with the industry, ensuring our members can thrive without the typical stresses of business ownership. We’re making selling travel simple, while providing trusted, friendly, and personalised service.”
PTS will hold its first conference at the Mercure Warwickshire Walton Hall and Spa next week (25-27 September) where members will see the new branding.
